Meet Grace Aikhomu
Engineer’s Precision, Banker’s Expertise, Realtor’s Heart
After arriving in Calgary in 2010, I quickly fell in love with the city’s big-sky energy and tight-knit neighbourhoods. I earned a master’s in engineering from the University of Calgary in 2013, learning to see the world through data, precision, and problem-solving. For several years I applied that mindset in Calgary’s oil-and-gas sector—inspecting facilities, managing risk, and negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts. A shift into banking let me pair those analytical skills with personal finance. I spent five years guiding clients through mortgages, investment strategies, and credit solutions, earning top-tier customer-service awards along the way. That season taught me two things: real estate decisions are often the largest financial moves a family makes, and clients crave an advisor who can translate numbers into clear next steps. Real estate was the natural next chapter. Today, at Abundant Grace Realty, I combine an engineer’s eye for structure, a banker’s understanding of budgets, and a neighbour’s love for Calgary. Whether you’re searching for the right school district, scoping out an investment duplex, or selling a long-time family home, my promise is the same: data-driven insight, honest guidance, and a process that feels calm—even fun. Beyond the closing table, you’ll find me volunteering at community food drives, exploring new bike paths with my family, or hunting for the city’s best cappuccino (current favourite: Monogram in Britannia). Calgary has given me so much; helping others plant roots here is how I give back. Let’s find—or sell—your Calgary home, together.
